Goldenberry Press Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") publishes the Little Learners Picture Dictionary companion app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Account data — your email address and authentication data, handled by our sign-in provider, Supabase.
- Newsletter data — your email address and subscription status, handled by our email provider, Brevo.
- Purchase data — when you buy a pack, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made so we can grant access, but we never see or store your card details.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to provide access to the app, send sign-in (magic link) emails, send newsletter content if you've subscribed, and grant entitlements to packs you've purchased.
Third-Party Services We Use
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Brevo — newsletter email delivery
- Stripe — payment processing
- Vercel — hosting and analytics
Cookies & Sessions
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in (managed by Supabase). Our site analytics, provided by Vercel, is cookieless. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children's Privacy
The Little Learners Picture Dictionary is designed for children ages 3–8, but accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian using their own email address. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children; all account data (email address, purchases, subscription status) belongs to the parent or guardian who created the account.
Your Rights & Choices
You can update your email address or newsletter subscription anytime in Account Settings. To request deletion of your account data, contact us at the email below. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email we send.
Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When your account is deleted, we remove your account data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
