These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Little Learners Picture Dictionary companion app, published by Goldenberry Press Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
The flashcards, quizzes, and book content in the app are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any content, or attempt to circumvent access controls on purchased packs.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. Accounts are intended to be created and managed by a parent or guardian. You can review and update your account details anytime in Account Settings.
Purchases & Entitlements
Some packs are available for purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; once a purchase is confirmed, we grant your account access (an "entitlement") to that pack. Purchases are for digital content delivered immediately upon confirmation, so all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldenberry Press Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
